Need switching back to interleaved.

Couple of days ago the homehub3 has decided it will switch back to "Fast" latency from "interleaved" and has been causing issues which has needed me to unplug the DSL line and replug it back in after the Broadband light has switched off every evening and morning. This is causing issues when attempting to play games on steam or minecraft such as horrible lag and being kicked off the server cause i am "moving too fast" in minecraft

Can I phone up BT India and get them to switch me back to interleaved as "fast" latency is having more issues than normal with "interleaved" or do the mods need to do this.

CUrret stats:

ADSL Line Status
Connection Information
Line state:Connected
Connection time:0 days, 02:38:25
Downstream:10.61 Mbps
Upstream:1.113 Mbps

ADSL Settings
VPI/VCI:0/38
Type:PPPoA
Modulation:G.992.5 Annex A
Latency type:Fast
Noise margin (Down/Up):4.4 dB / 5.9 dB
Line attenuation (Down/Up):32.0 dB / 19.8 dB
Output power (Down/Up):19.8 dBm / 12.4 dBm
FEC Events (Down/Up):0 / 0
CRC Events (Down/Up):1158 / 15

Doing a bt speedtest it just gave me error 500 using chrome, firefox and internet explorer and using an ethernet connection.

Can I phone up BT India and get them to switch me back to interleaved as "fast" latency is having more issues than normal with "interleaved" or do the mods need to do this.

Re: Need switching back to interleaved.

Well phoning was a waste of time, the idiot had the cheek to hang up on me ¬_¬
he said there was nothing wrong with the connection and wouldn't change it. since he did not know what a latency type is.
Will just do what I normally do and as john46 said, email the mods.
