I purchased a BT mobile plan on 4 October, so well within my 14 day cancellation period. I requested that my number be ported over on 9 October and is due to be completed tomorrow. Is thier any way to cancel this?. The reason for this is I have just arrived at my work location to realise that I have no signal!. If it is to late can I request a new PAC code and then take out another contract. Any help much appreicated.
