Need to register flat for broadband

Hi I live in a hostel and only recently they are letting us get our own wifi but my address isn’t registered to my flat even tho some other flats in the building are now tv are saying iv to get in contact with Openreach and haven’t been able to do so Royal Mail have said it’s all under the 1 address

Unless you are going to place your order with BT Retail, then this forum cannot  help.
