I recently joined BT Infinity and have a new primary email account to which I have added 3 sub-accounts.
As a longstanding BT PAYG customer I also have an old primary email account which has 6 sub-accounts which I need to keep.
If possible I would now like my old PAYG primary email address to be a sub-account of my new BT Infinity a/c, and also transfer the 6 sub-accounts of the old PAYG a/c to the BT Infinity a/c.
I assume my BT Infinity a/c would then be the one and only primary a/c and this would have 10 sub-accounts, i.e. my existing 3 sub-accounts plus the 6 sub-accounts from the old PAYG a/c plus the old PAYG primary.
Could someone please advise how I go about doing this.

as BT are moving away from yahoo for email later this summer and starting BT email I would consider combining some of the accounts which will help in any transfer
Thanks for the rapid replies, I've contacted the mods on the link you provided.
Will post again when sorted (fingers crossed!)
Received my enquiry confirmation reference number on 22nd but no contact from mods as yet - I assume due to holiday season.
Thanks to Craig (mod) for update via email - he is requesting the changes to merge my accounts but they cannot be processed until an ongoing fault with the email system has been fixed.
At the time of my original request to the mods there was an "ongoing fault" so Craig (mod) put through the request to merge my accounts and "it would complete when the fault is finally cleared". There was no great urgency at the time from my point of view so I just kept checking both accounts expecting / hoping it would not take too long.
After a couple of weeks I emailed the mods again for an update and Shane (Mod) told me on 23 August "The fault is still ongoing with Yahoo to reflect this on the sub account page of your BT yahoo email account but it would be difficult to say when this will be fixed. Your account will automatically update when this happens but it may be a matter of checking from time to time."
I don't want to pester the mods if the problem still exists, but it's now getting to be a bit of a nuisance and it seems rather a long time to get this fixed.
Could I please have some advice on the correct procedure to nudge this forward.
the mods will post an update after reading your post
