Neighbours can all get fibre and we are the only house can't!!

Hi, can someone ugently help please! 

We have moved to our house nearly 3 years now. Fibre cable been installed outside our house last year and been told by the worker fiber will be available last xmas 2017! 

I check the Openreach website, apparently there are no plans to bring fibre to my house, however every single house around me, next door, over the road etc. has access to fibre broadband.  and the carbinet 59 is just outside my house!Screen Shot 2018-11-02 at 15.24.26.png

it's FTTP not FTTC that is available  phone the FTTP team on 08005874787

don't know what happened to the dslchecker result you posted showing neighbours had FTTP not FTTC.
