I am having the Netflix connection issues, where I get the UI 113 error. I have noted from the forum that this seems to be a common issue with the BT Hub 3. I have the BT Hub 3 (B), and Netflix was originally working OK, however several months ago it stopped connecting and I get the error message. I have tried everything possible to get connected to, e.g. logging out, resetting devices including hub etc.
Can you help?
