Same here, and as today is my renewal date I have cancelled.
Does anyone with problems get their Netflix from BT as I already had my own and it is working fine on my computer.
Mine stopped working last night just after i had installed Chromecast - can't see why that would be the problem. Works on my phone and laptop just not through the BT Youview box anymore.
Ours was working fine until I tried it yesterday morning now it's just the load up screen. Still working fine on tablets/phones
Hubby tried phoning BT last night about it but because the account wasn't made through BT and therefore not showing on our account they couldn't help us... not happy! if we wanted to create an account with BT we couldn't as we can't get to the screen to do it!
You might try contriibutiing to a similar thread on the Youview community in which a Youview rep has offered assistance if the problems are still ongoing
