Netflix on Youview

I currently have 2 YouView boxes set up. UHD box in the main room. But a generation older box in my bedroom. 

for some reason lately. The ‘skip intro’ feature has been missing from netflix in my bedroom. 

box has been updated, soft factory reset. Netflix logged out and back in etc. But I can’t seem to get this feature back. Is anyone able to help please?

That'll be down to Netflix and their app. It might be that they've changed the software and the older boxes don't support that function any longer but that's not BT's responsibility
