Error as above and Netflix basically won't play. Called Netflix and everything appears OK at their end. Reset TV, checked for updates and everything is fine. Netflix suggested that any problem may lie with BT - called Tech support (utterly hopeless by the way) who denied it was anything to do witth them.
Any advice folks??
Try using another device (i.e a PC) to use netflix with and see if that works. If it does work then it's most likely an issue with the TV
