I’ve just fitted the Netgear GS305E managed switch and, all ok and tbh at the moment still working ok. However, the HHW discs at mybtdevice.. says it’s offline? Strange as it’s still working. Using the Netgear Insights app and I can see it. My HH give it an IP address all ok. When I use the Netgear app, it reappears in the mybthome device list. Go figure.
does anyone else have this or know how to stop it dropping off the connected device list?
