Interesting times of the day you have a problem , the times you quote are around the times my own heating and hot water 'turn on' , it's not uncommon for unsuppressed electrical devices (like a central heating pump) when switching on to emit a burst of interference , that can cause your broadband to lose sync...maybe something to check, especially if you only have a problem at these times, and it's possible it may not be something you own , but a neighbour's (if close enough)

VM's project lightning as I understand it isn't necessarily fibre right into the home, some is just extending their old infrastructure , although some is 'full fibre' even if it is their version of FTTP/FTTH , they still use a copper coax cable for the final few metres
