The forum mods normally reply within 3/5 working days after you have contacted them
They will contact you personally by email or phone it may take a while for the change over
Thats the thing, I got 2 phone calls about it saying it was done, but the account still appears under my mothers account, nothing seems to have changed, she can still delete it if she wants, I can't..
