Hi Everyone,
We are excited to announce the launch of our new BT TV offerings. We have listened to your feedback and our new offering has this in mind, compelling content, a box that records and rewinds, and great value for money. As of today, customers will have the choice of 4 great new BT TV packs:
Starter - Our entry-level pack offers subscription-free TV. Customers also receive a YouView box and can watch BT Sport for FREE.
Entertainment Starter – Our mid-tier pack gives BT Infinity customers lots of content for a small monthly price. Through your YouView box, you can watch 20 premium entertainment channels for only £5 a month, with FREE BT Sport included.
Entertainment Plus – Sky TV and Fibre customers could save £250 by switching to our top-tier pack which combines all the features we know you love at a great price. BT Infinity customers get a recordable YouView+ box, 25 premium entertainment channels including FREE BT Sport and can watch on the go through the TV Everywhere App - all this for only £10 a month with FREE activation.
Entertainment Max – Our biggest entertainment bundle is available exclusively to existing BT TV customers with BT Infinity. This pack comes with 34 premium entertainment and kids channels and FREE BT Sport for only £15 a month, as well as HD Extra and TV Everywhere.
You can still tailor your package by choosing from a great range of bolt-ons, including HD Extra from just £4 a month and big-screen access to all of Netflix’s great content from just £5.99 a month with the first month free! Standard broadband customers will still be able to take subscription-free Starter with YouView, or for just £5 a month they can get a recordable YouView+ box with Essential.
Cheers

The issue with Sky channels is the second box. You can have TV Everywhere WITHOUT and extra box and this would then allow you to have the sky channels (I think that is what the offerings are now suggesting).
SeanD it would be great to get official confirmation of this.
So you can can now access the TV Everywhere app if you have the Entertainment Plus package WITHOUT having to take the extra box subscription?
I'm on the original TV Entertainment pack - £7.50 per month - with all the Internet channels and the recordable G4 box. So does that mean I can now also use TV Everywhere at no exta cost?
OK - I just upgraded to the new 'Entertainment Plus' package - and the app does now allow your to watch live tv without an extra box.
Are you sure its been provisioned yet. Anyone can use the BTTV app for tv guide viewing but they can hardly advertise TV on the go and not let you watch tv on your remote device...It sounds to me like TV Everywhere service hasn't been provisioned fully yet.
Hi Guys,
Thanks for all the comments.
@Elviskelly Customers taking Entertainment Plus get access to the TV Everywhere App without the need for Extra Box as well. This means you can ALSO add Sky Sports Channels on your box, although these channels can't be viewed on the go using the TV Everywhere App. However, if you want to bolt-on Extra Box, you cannot take Sky Sports channels as these are incompatible.
@voice_of_reason TV Everywhere standalone is now available on Entertainment Plus for new customers, and existing customers upgrading to this package. Existing TV Entertainment customers @£7.50/mth do not get this free, they will need to upgrade to Entertainment Plus for TV Everywhere standalone, or add Extra Box to their existing Entertainment pack.
Hope that answers your questions.
Cheers
Sean
OK, thanks. So basically everything's gone up in price? No new channels for the price increase?
