New to BT. My games are constantly lagging and I have a strict or moderate NAT type. I cannot find a solution. I have set up the right port forwarding for the games I play. Never had any issues with Sky.
I have used this link to assist me in setting it up.
What does this sentence mean? 'The default external and internal port that is used for HTTP webserver is port 80'
With Sky I never had an 'external' and 'internal' port field to fill in. It was just one field.

Exactly what it says, the default port for HTTP is port 80 as is 443 for HTTPs and 21 for FTP etc, etc. Doesn't mean you have to use the default.

The external port is the port number the incoming connection is expecting to connect to, the internal port is the port your service or application is listening on which may or may not be the same port.
I am trying to open the following ports for a game.
The publisher hasn't said much other than the following:
UDP: 3074, 3075, 3076, 3077, 3078, 3079
So for example for the UDP 3074 one, it would just be the same for both;
External: 3074
Internal: 3074
That would be correct?^
Yes
What I have tried and it doesn't work.
I have also tried entering the values as;
3074-3074
3074-3074
But it still doesn't work.
