I've just been given the "new improved" email system and have a couple of queries if anyone can help please. I'm finding it much harder to navigate than the old system so can't see an improvement? But my main problems are that attachments don't have a thumbnail picture now (I can only see it once the email is sent) so can't check I've attached the correct thing. Also - not a big problem - but the emoticons are in the tiniest box with less choice. And lastly, I can't drag pictures into the main body of the email now. When I attempt to do that they show as an attachment. Any help will be much appreciated, thank you.
