New Bill available but can't download

I have been advised by e mail that I have a new bill & that it can be viewed on line.

This is correct but the "Download your Bill" icon is not active so I can't download it.

Has anybody ever experienced this problem?

Also will the download icon become active later?

yes i have seen it happen before and it has resolved itself in a few days

You should be able to download it tomorrow at the latest.

 

The BT system is somewhat slow and cumbersome with the billing. For me each month the following applies when looking at MyBT - on the correct billing period end date it shows that the next bill will be dated the following month, but still shows the current phone usage and last months bill, the next day when it is the correct bill date the calls are zeroed etc but no bill is raised, the following day the bill is showing but won't be downloadable until the next day at the latest ( normally it is before midnight that day)
