I am moving into a new build house in a week, but BT's website does not recognise my postcode or address. The house apparently has fibre wired from the street into it (I've seen the fibre optic coming into the house under the stairs).
When closing off my existing account with BT I was told that my new address was not on BT's system yet and so there was nothing they could do to sign me up for my new home until it was. And that they did not have any visibility on when this would be.
How do I get BT to update their database so my house appears. A variety of other service providers plus Royal Mail already have the address listed via postcode search.

Its not possible for the BT Community members or moderators to help with these installations.
If you ring them, they should be able to help.
