right - still no phonecall received, as promised on numerous occassions. and no acknowledgement of e-mails sent, or even the common courtesy to acknowledge a post on here. 2 failed engineer appointments last week, and not a single explanation from BT.

i am now 14 weeks into waiting for broadband. i k ow exactly what the problem is, but bt seem incapable or incompetent to solve it.

i request a phonecall back from my case handler TODAY without fail.

I just spoke with your case handler again and he has assured me he will be in contact today. He also said you can email him as this is the best way to get back in touch if you need to.

We have e-mailed him at least twice in the last 4 days (since the failed engineer appointments) and neither received an e-mail back or a call back, despite requests, hence my post above.

I sincerely look forward to the call later.

another failed engineer appointment. no contact from my fantastic case handler again. now he doesn't even log our emails so his manager doesn't know how shockingly bad our service has been.

i demand a call back today from my case handler.
