I foolishly re joined this week. My activation date was the 14th.
An Engineer came and couldnt get the line working and said there was a fault, theres a red fault light on the open reach box. he said they would send another engineer to fix, but couldnt say when.
Oddly the Broadband works even though the engineer said it shouldnt. But its 17mbs and Im paying for 50mps.
On the track my order, the order doesnt exist, If I put the phone number in on the line fault checker it doesnt exist.
I have called Bt 6 times, each to be hung up on! the live chat doesnt work.
Its my second day as a customer and Im feeling really let down. What should I do?

Will try that, looks like the only people that ever answer are cancelations and sales.
After trying to get through to somebody all morning still no luck! However cancelations said the Activation date was showing as passed and not working. I really cant belive they let this happen. And no one answers the phone.
They have now sent the same engineer from Open reach twice and he is unable to do anything. so now a week without fibre.
