Hi, my grandma the account owner panicked and thought she lost her debit card, thinking it was stolen so she called up the bank and immediately had it cancelled, but she found it; but the halifax is sending her out a new card - would the debit card details need to be updated or nothing needs to be changed? We don't want our internet and phone being cancelled due to unpaid bills.
EDIT :: The account number for her bank account is not changing, only the debit card itself is

If she pays by Direct Debit, then a change of card would make no difference, as its the sort code and account number that is used.
