BT recently put Fibre to our Cab - yay finally. I was amongst the first to order, but due to various issues, got messed around with install dates and speeds by BT.
I am getting DL 40mbps / UL 10 mbps which is half what my neighbours get. I am on a Business connection they are not - that is the only difference. Same equipment, same line noise (give or take) - but nobody at BT can tell me why ? I am being passed around from person to person and once again getting massively frustrated that they have messed me around and I have to bear the cost of hours of telephone calls.
Any ideas ???
