Hi,
We recently have had a new FTTP 300/45 connection installed. While the download is achieving the 300mbps down figure the upload is falling short of the 45mbps advertised figure.
Is there any obvious reason for this. I assumed that FTTP services were more likely to achieve the full speed unlike FTTC services as there is little impact on the service in terms of distance.
Is it possible that this is a BT configuration issue or just a network capacity issue?
Service has been installed about 5 weeks now and for those 5 weeks the speed has been a consistent 300 down / 30 up.
cheers,
Chris
