surely this is a bt issue if the disconnects are happening during peak times only?? The internet litteraly drops for 30seconds maximum then reconnects again. However this is enough to disconnect you from all online gaming servers, any iplayer videos you are watching... the level of service is simply unacceptable and very enfuriating!!!
If it only disconnects at peak times have you checked for possible interference in your home
You can also check for rein using a portable radio tuned to 612MW
I never had any issues before we "upgraded" to fibre?
I donT presume you were using the hh5 before upgrade. Anyway it was just a suggestion of something that may be causing your connection drops at peak time
disconnected another two times between 11pm and 00:20am
dropped again.. 2pm.
then phone customer services and get engineer visit
so the solution is to pay BT £130 for an engineer to visit even though the line worked perfectly on adsl? I have already changed the master socket and rewired it, what more is the engineer going to do exactly other than cost me a fortune??
Its just disconnected again 4:40pm.
the charge is advisory. should te fault be in your setup or your internal wiring then you will be charged but if outwith your home then there should be no charge
im running it without the faceplate connected for a while to see if the disconnects stop. This should elimate any internal wiring issues.
