I heard a rumour that BT are releasing a new interface/menu system for YouView later in the year.
Will my G4 T2100 YouView Box work ok with this upgrade?
If not, will there be a way to still watch recordings on the box?

The new interface is due to be available on all YouView boxes,
including the BT ones.

The new update is designed to be compatible with all YouView boxes, except possibly for Sony TVs with built-in YouView. Recordings should not be deleted during the upgrade.

it has started arriving on retail boxes so there is only BT with no sign of it now.

Except it is broke, but what from what I understand this does nowt to fix any of the problems that have been there since Day 1.
(my current biggest beef is skip on active internet channel recording can be a bit of a mystery tour: Where will it end up?)
