I would like to ask for assistance with a new phone line order. I moved into a new build house on the 20th of February with an order placed to install a phone line, actiavation date 25th of march which was unreasonable at the time but still I accepted that it would take time. I have been waiting since and have now been told I wont even get an update until the 26th of may. All the houses across the street, several of which were only completed on a couple of weeks ago have had phone lines installed and broadband activated. Can I please speak to someone who knows what they are talking about rather than getting the same information over and over again.
