I received my micro sim card and put it in my new LG G3 Mobile phone. Went online to activate it, received email to say it was activated but phone still says no sim is inserted.
I went on to bt mobile help site entered the make and model of my phone and received a message telling me sorry we do not recognise your device so no help there.
My phone is a brand new sim free handset so it does not need to be unlocked.
Should I order a replacement sim?
I am already paying for a service I am not receiving and am very frustrated and unhappy.
If you look on the web you will find that there can be confusion on where to put the Micro SIM card and the micro SD card, as its possible to mix them up, as they are next to each other.
If the phone says NO SIM, then maybe you have it in the wrong slot?
