Bt Mobile says if you change your mobile phone to get a new sim card from them. I transefered the Sim card from my old phone to the new and it is working. I did get a new sim to put in. Can anyone tell me why they ask you to get a new Sim, thanks.
In the past I have only needed a new sim card when there is a format change (micto to nano) or if the original card is old and there have been technology changes since it was issued. The biggest one of these recently has been 4G and most networks require a new sim for 4G compared to 3G. I will add though that I am new to BT Mobile so there may be another issue for them which requires a replacement sim card.
