I have recently upgraded from standard BT broadband to BT fibre and got the latest Smart Hub.
My Xbox One doesn't work properly with it; I am unable to play any games or connect to any servers. When I run the tests on the Xbox, I receive this error message 'You have High Packet Loss'.
I have tried all of the troubleshooting methods on the Xbox Help Page and none of them work. I think the problem is with my BT router.
Can this be fixed? I am about ready to call BT and tell them to take the equipment back and I'll move to Sky.
Are you connecting the Xbox to the home hub using an Ethernet cable?
Cancelling would be very expensive, much cheaper to use a different modem/router if you cannot get on with the hub 6.
