New Sub - No BT TV / App returning error

Hi I've just recently subscribed and everything is active on my account but despite my searching and updating I cannot get BT TV player to work. The app is also returning an error when I try to log in. What can I do to resolve this?

Hi @jayefftee,

 

Go to On Demand and Catch Up problems on BT TV. It may give you some information that can help with the BT TV player. The issues you mentioned may mean your BT TV subscription isn't actually active. Our BT TV team should be able to shed some light on it for you. You can reach them on the below link:

Yeah it was supposed to complete on the 25th, didn't go through until the 27th.
