Wow, you were quick. You should of left it a while buddy until questions have been answered. Were you already on Option 2 Infinity like me cause you might not of had to reorder, I have sent a message through to BT to find out were I stand before reordering a new contract.
Gosh, I didn't expect that - nice one, BT ! But is it worth re-contracting from an already unlimited contract just to get un-throttled torrents ? Decisons, decisions......
i dont use p2p but recontracted 50gb on bt cloud would be useful for me plus theres £1 discount offered - we have line rental saver so that save a few pennies as well.

- Unlimited Broadband and Evening & Weekend Calls with BT Infinity
- Your contract started on 25/08/2011
- Your contract finishes on 24/02/2013
Confued now just looked at track my order where is states contract 12months - so idea what correct. That said 12 months I can deal with
That's your old contract, it can take 24hrs or more to update your online account.
How are people recontracting? Cant see an option to do so.
You have to contact BT and accounts arrange it, it takes 5 days.
We’ll not be moving over existing unlimited BT Total Broadband or Infinity customers to the new totally unlimited packages but you can request it yourself. It takes 5 days to change over and you’d be re-contracting at the same time.
I see, so theres no option to do it online.
Not sure how it would work with my employee infinity.

You can do it online just login to my BT then go to My Broadband and click one of the upgrade buttons on the page.
You can just order it online with your BT account.
