Has disconnected twice since I have been on the internet.
 
You say try a filter? Is this necassary if it has a double master socket?

The test socket behind the removable faceplate is a phone socket, so will require a filter or other adaptor to convert to RJ11

Had faceplate off and connected via a filter, exactly the same speed.

They agree there is a problem and engineer is calling Monday coming.

 

However, just arrived home after a week away at work and speed now up to 74mbs, the fastest I have seen it.
