Quick update. Mods sorted it out and for that I'm glad. 

However, it should be possible to resolve these "stuck" profiles more quickly.

You were still in the basic 10 day line training period normally no resets will be done until that time has completed
normally a stuck profile will reset automatically within in 3/5days once the exchange equipment sees the line as stable there is no point in doing a manual reset before this time as the profile will just drop again within a few hours if the line is not stable
