This thread is for the non-premium devices. Here is the thread for premium devices.
I've upgraded hoping it would fix the web interface issues I've been having, but I still get blank pages on several of the interface options. It doesn't matter which browser I use or what OS I'm using (I have both Mac and Windows PCs) I still get these missing elements.
On the 'Status' screens, 'Overview' and 'Devices' stay blank, but 'Discs' do fill. On 'Setup' only the 'Wifi' page loads, and on 'system' , 'system log and 'Information' don't load.
Anybody any ideas please?
Hi SeanD
Like many houses the Primary Disk comes into the Hallway and the other 4 disks flower off it as petals. Generally there are no devices in the Hall. The system seems to deal with the back haul better when it is kept kept free.
Please could we have a feature that would enable the Primary Disk to not connect any devices if you wish? A simple to not connect devices switch.
This would be a great help and help my system run even better.
Roger
Hi @foz
Yes it's available at mybtdevice.home/rollback.htm if you need to use it.
We're confident in the stability of v1.02.11build02 so encourage you to upgrade as we've added several new features since v1.02.08build02!

@Dan-O I was part of the whole home trials which has now closed down but I believe my firmware is still being updated on old testing firmware server or something as when I check for updates it says I'm already using latest firmware which shows as being v1.02.11 build01u. Is it possible for me to moved back to the standard production firmware as I assume v1.02.11 build02 will have the latest fixes and final improvements.
I’m a little confused...
Could someone confirm what the current public firmware of the Whole Home Mini discs is please?
I have the BT Whole Home Mini set which was provided to me for a trial, but I get the impression they aren’t updating.
current firmware is: V 1.0.19
Hi @Jwhiterz
1.0.19 is the latest available firmware for Mini Whole Home Wi-Fi so you do already have the latest version.
Dan-O
Not been on the forums much lately as all the old issues with discs dropping out of the network seem to have been fixed, however one issue seems to remain with this latest build, which is the system not remembering device names, so that I keep having to re-edit the list.
Is this still a known issue, and is any fix planned?
Hello - I see that there is now a new firmware v1.02.12 build02 But I don’t see a separate thread about it to see change log etc?
