New Whole Home Wi-Fi Firmware – v1.02.11 build02

Hi,
I have had my mini discs for a couple of weeks now and I cannot get it to update the firmware, it is still on v1.0.19.  I have tried until I'm blue in the face manually and have had it on automatic update for at least a week.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi. This thread discusses firmware for the original BT Whole Home Wi-Fi system. The mini system is a different  and newer system which has it's own firmware. HTH

Hi Dino26,

As AndyGee rightly states, BT Whole Home Mini is a separate product to BT Whole Home that this thread, and firmware version, relate to.

If your BT Whole Home Wifi Mini disc are running firmware version v1.0.19 then they are on the latest version of firmware for that product.

Hi, is this a stable release? It seems my Whole Home discs are all still on 1.02.08 build02. 

Tried to check for update manually, but it is telling me I already have the latest firmware. 

Also, when looking at the system log, it is not showing logs later than 09/06/2020.
