New Xbox one s now strict nat

My old Xbox one had open nat on my Hub5
Replaced for a one S and uugex into same Ethernet cable now I have strict nat
Had a search round here and followed this guide

Now I have gone from strict to moderate nat the only thing I did different was in the translate box in the hub setting I couldn't leave it blank MN k I had to put a 0 in each

Please help I can't work out what went wrong

Tried removing the device in devices in the router and re adding it but still no luck

I can pick up replies all day but won't be back by the Xbox until late if any can offer a solution
