I have just set up a new BT account after purchasing a house.
My new BT ID and account has linked itself to my old account which is no longer in use? All my details are there and it says I have two active accounts (which I don't) and it keeps going to my old account as the main one... aghhhh
any help?
Have you tried phoning CS 150. Or 0800800150 from mobile and see if they can sort it out for you
