New billing question

Hi all

 

I noticed that my bill had gone up from my last previous bills , so i rang bt customer services and the guy there explained that the price hike was  because of the new bill layout  and that my bill will be back to normal next month ... so let me get this right 

 

 Because bt have changed there billing layout we get charged for it ? 

 

Bt have charged me £13.00 extra this month because of this change Smiley Mad

Thanks for posting. It sounds like your billing schedule has changed in line with our system update. The extra amount is a catch up for services you've already used. I can check this for you if you wish. Drop me an email to forum.moderation.team@bt.com and I'll check it for you.
