I noticed that my bill had gone up from my last previous bills , so i rang bt customer services and the guy there explained that the price hike was because of the new bill layout and that my bill will be back to normal next month ... so let me get this right
Because bt have changed there billing layout we get charged for it ?
Bt have charged me £13.00 extra this month because of this change
