New broadband can't connect

Rencenty got a bt smart hub 2 and it's just flashing orange I've tried the step by step guide and it's asking for a land line number which I don't have any suggestions

If you're order complete date is today, it's can take up to midnight to be fully completed. Have you tried rebooting the hub?
