can take a couple of days after broadband activation before email works
Hi I am a new BT broadband customer the broadband is working fine, the problem is my Email does not appear to be set up. I have been told by the help chat line it would be working in another 24 hrs but it is still not working.
As you may know BT are launching a new email service for new Broadband customers in summer 2013. I would ask BT if you will get the new service or the BT Yahoo service and if the new one when. I for one would be interested in the answer.
