New connection IP Profile stuck on 2MBs

My connection has been active for 10 days but is stuck with an IP profile on 2MBs.

 Download speedachieved during the test was - 2.19 Mbps
 For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 0.4 Mbps-2 Mbps.
 Additional Information:
 Your DSL Connection Rate :8.13 Mbps(DOWN-STREAM), 0.45 Mbps(UP-STREAM)
 IP Profile for your line is - 2 Mbps

 

I have taken all measures to irradicate any line problems and the ADSL stats on the Home Hub 4 show the following

Connection Information

 

Line state:Connected
Connection time:5 days, 20:04:29
Downstream:7.938 Mbps
Upstream:448 Kbps

 

I only live a few hundre metres from the exchange so I would expect at least 6MBs from this line.

 

How can I get this line retrained?

Your profile is stuck at 2mb and need mod help to fix it. When a mod reads your post i'm sure they will contact you

Do you mean the "send this user a private message"? The only contact us I can find is the default header one that is also at the top of this page?

the mods are very busy at the moment but normally the contact after around 6 working days

Do I need to restart my router at all? The connection is still on 2Mbs. I know you said it would fluctuate for a few days after but I thought there would be a change of some sort in a few hours while it starts learning again?
