I have taken all measures to irradicate any line problems and the ADSL stats on the Home Hub 4 show the following

I only live a few hundre metres from the exchange so I would expect at least 6MBs from this line.
How can I get this line retrained?

Do I need to restart my router at all? The connection is still on 2Mbs. I know you said it would fluctuate for a few days after but I thought there would be a change of some sort in a few hours while it starts learning again?
