New email app not updating automatically

Hi - I’ve downloaded the new email app and it’s awful. It doesn’t update automatically and I have to keep manually refreshing it. I have checked all the settings and there is no reason it’s not happening (I had no problems with the previous yahoo app) any ideas?

Ditch the BT mail app, there is absolutely no reason to have to use it, and use a proper app such as BlueMail or AquaMail.

Thanks - I’ll give them a try! All day and it’s not updated automatically yet!
