I am also unable to use VPN connections with HomeHub 3.0.
Please can you also invite me so I am able to email you my details, then you can update my firmware?

The BT-WiFi connection workaround caused some complications & my device to malfunction.. so I have reverted back to my Ethernet Wired Connection & I will wait for assistance & further instructions..

I have had the issue within this thread and recently requested that I am sent Home Hub 5 to resolve the VPN issues I am having with home hub 3, so my question now is, will I still have the same issue with home hub 5 at all please?
I am also affected by this issue (HH3), but I don't see a 'contact the mods' link when going into your profile?
Welcome to the forum, the link is only available after an invite by one of the mods, if you click on my profile you should be able to see it now. Please ensure to include your hub serial number.

Th problem highlighted on this thread is just related to the BT Home hub 3.0A as there was a firmware that was released which caused the problem. We don't believe there is an issue with accessing VPN using any other Home hub including the Hub 5.
