We have a couple of users on BT infinity who can't connect with the vpn. Can I give you the details in order to get the different firmware?

Welcome to the forum and thanks for posting. Please use the contact the mods link to send over the Hub serial numbers and we'll pass these over to the Hub team to get the firmware update pushed to them. You'll be able to find the link by clicking on my user name.
I suspect tihs is a related issue....
The firmware upgrade of my BT Home Hub 3 to Version 18.104.22.168.22.214.171.124.37 on 14/3/2014 broke my ability to connect to an external server via FTP.
How do i get the next firmware upgrade?

Click on my username and you'll see a contact the mods link, use this to send over your details and be sure to include your Hub serial number. As part of the upgrade any customised settings you have on your hub will be lost you you may need to set this up again after the new firmware is installed.
You should now be able to see the contact the mods link. Please fill in the webform with your details and include the Hub serial number.
I had firmware Version 126.96.36.199.188.8.131.52.11 (Type A) pushed to my Hub today Thanks but VPN is still not working.. What do I do next??
