New order for Phone and Infinity

Hi all,

 

thought i would post here as its hard getting BT to answer an Email.

 

i placed an Order for Phone and Broadband on 4 / 1 / 14 , phone went live on 17th Jan but i have heard Nothing reagrding the Broadband.

can someone tell me roughly how long it should take to get this done, i thought a couple of weeks and it would all be sorted but thats not the case.

when checking my order details on the BT site it only says phone change over complete and nothign about broadband...is this correct?

Broadband can take another week or so, after the phone is activated, as additional work is needed in the exchange, which could not have been issued, until the phone was active.

 

It also depends on the availability of staff to do the work.

thanks for reply,

 

yes i realise things might take a little longer but i have had no correspondence from BT regarding the change, neither have i recieved an hardware such as the router from BT.

If you would like to try Live Chat they should be able to help you find out whether there is an order for broadband pending.
