New order - very quiet

Hi,

I have recently purchased a BT Infinity package with the mastercard incentive.

Apart from the inital 3 emails saying my order is being processed I have not recieved anything since. This was nearly a week ago.

Secondly I am concerned the mastercard will be sent to the property, which I do not have access to until August 4th.

Could a mod confirm my order is actually being processed as the order tracker says no orders found. Could you also confirm when the mastercards are usually dispatched?
