I got my phone line installed yesterday and tried to add broadband to my package today, when I do the checker it says there is no data for your number. It has been more than 24 hours and I was hoping to have an order placed by now, can anyone help? Thanks
It wont be till monday or tuesday now. Openreach will update at somepoint up until midnight monday (it cant be fast tracked)
It might not say on the checker but I know it wont till some point Monday. Do you realise as well that its going to take at least 7 days to get the internet turned on, the fastest it could possibly be done is a week on Monday (sometimes longer)?
Okay I was just curious having not heard of it before. I'm not bothered about waiting for broadband I just want to have the order placed and processing.
