New power adapters

Go to solution

When I switched everything some years ago from Talk Talk to BT the BT installation engineer left the TalkTalk power adapters in situ. I now believe I need new ones as for some weeks the YouView box cannot detect broadband and I have tried every reset etc unsuccessfully but haven't bothered BT with the problem given the current circumstances.  I'm ready to buy new adapters but how do I know what to buy?   I don't know what info to give that may be relevant but the box and router are in different rooms about 20ft/6m apart.  My broadband is also with BT.  Thanks for any advice.

This link will take you to the BT shop and the Powerline adaptors that they sell. If you are just looking for a simple plug and play adaptor without any wireless capability the Extender Kit 600 will do what you need and will be a direct replacement for the ones you have.
