with you line attenuation 16 mb is simply impossible

you are currently connecting to the exchange at 4.9mb
your download speed will be always lower than that the information given there is purely an estimate

stats look fine with correct profile for your connection speed and download speed is ok

the speed test matches your hub stats perfectly the is nothing wrong with your connection your speed is well within the specification
