Hi. I’ve just upgraded from the older smart hub which had no problems to the new smart hub 2. The 2 days I’ve had this, I’ve had WiFi problems which bt are sending out a new WiFi disc. And all the PC’s and laptops aren’t Woking as well as before on the internet. Seem slow and getting problems loading into sites etc. I have noticed tonight all my devices have the error “ windows could not automatically detect this network proxy settings”. This is on all my PCs and laptop. Please help. 👍
Make sure you turn off "smart setup" on the Smarthub.

Smart setup was the 1st thing I disabled on setup. Tried factory reset. Still have proxy problems. Thanks though

Factory resetting the disc,
Reboot the hub (shouldnt need a factory reset)
Repair the disc via ethernet
Then disconnect the ethernet cable. Confirm that disc goes back to solid blue meaning it's connected OK via wifi.
If everything is good, power down disc and move it to disc location.
Once you have tried that, please post back and let me know how you connection is performing?
